He deserves a High Recognition for his Bespoke Level of Service provided by the High Tech" Remote Diagnostic Service . Not only did he diagnoise my vehicle fault, but his high level of Service & Skills Speaking directly to myself was outstanding. I am one very Happy BMW owner . Many Thanks Ash .

Excellent customer service and super assistance from Will and Steve over the last ten days. The sales team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the motorcycle i was interested in. Today I visited to collect the bike, which was very straightforward, and once filled up on coffee (me, not the bike), the final bike checks completed, off i went. Steve did his very best to make the purchase painfree and speedy, a top notch buying experience for me. Thank you guys!

I bought a brand new car from them, expecting a smooth and trouble-free experience. However, shortly after the purchase, I encountered a warning light issue ans defect in my x5 50E. Despite informing them, there was no response. The salesperson, Matthew, completely ignored me after the sale. I was not expecting to face any issues with my brand new car, and I am extremely unhappy with the dealer's lack of support and customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I decided to return a car that I purchased, as it wasn't quite right for me. Despite the circumstances, the team at Marshall Grimsby were amazing. I was apprehensive that the return process might be difficult or I might not receive a full refund, but I needn't have worried as they dealt with everything extremely professionally. From the minute we entered the showroom we was greeted by a lovely woman on reception who immediately greeted my brother by name for his collection and offered us all drinks. We dealt with Matthew who was great from the start, he was very attentive to any needs or questions we had and was very kind and welcoming. Ewan was also very kind and welcoming instantly engaging in comfortable conversation with us all, they made sure that we felt comfortable with all documentation and the car before we left and cared to any needs we had. The staff at this branch have been absolutely amazing! Bought my car with Harry who discussed everything thoroughly with us and answered any questions we had. He helped to find solutions for enquiries we brought forward and has been helpful throughout. The managers Jake and Luke have also been so helpful in making sure any issues with the car were dealt with promptly and I have been offered continued support from the team. A great service from the team, and you can tell there is genuine care for their customers from the whole team. I travelled from Manchester to buy my car and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to purchase from Marshall Grimsby!

Right from the get go when I made an enquiry, Adam made the transaction so easy and pleasant. The financials were sorted out quickly with Adam and Ewan despite there being two BMWs to trade in.
