They were prepared to help navigate the somewhat cumbersome online demands and arranged a friendly and most accommodating face to face meeting to seal the purchase. In particular Stephen understood straightaway my preference for a personal meeting and purchase arrangement. Without this input from Stephen the whole sale would most probably have fallen through.

Things went great throughout the whole process and the car arrived earlier than expected and finally I’m now the proud owner of a new Benz courtesy of Mercedes Benz Grimsby. Could not recommend Stephen and Mercedes Benz Grimsby anymore than I already have! Overall a much better service, customer experience and satisfaction than anywhere in London. That got me super excited about this purchase. It was a nice touch. He patiently answered all my questions and explained most of the details with a high level of professionalism, ensuring that I felt confident and informed throughout the decision-making process. Despite being 150 miles away from Grimsby, I wanted to visit the showroom and test drive the car back home. Steve went above and beyond by providing a lift from a train station that was further from the originally agreed-upon location. The welcoming atmosphere at the dealership made the entire experience enjoyable. The next day, I had a call from him, ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. This was the third time we have bought a car from Listers Mercedes in Grimsby. That says something in itself. The fact that it is 80 miles away from us tells you even more. Steve was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. The attention to detail remembering all the little details of conversations and the way he makes you feel as a valued customer is brilliant.
