Called in by mistake regarding an ad on traffic island for free firewood! Unfortunately van wouldn't start when we were leaving..but the lads were extremely helpful and did their best to sort the problem, even phoning an auto electrician to come out to us! One more try and the van started! A very big thankyou for the help and advice 😁would recommend. Genuinely helpful and friendly people 🤗

Brilliant! Needed a car trailer. Took a Brian James trailer on a 700 mile day trip to collect a car, trailer was epic didn't notice it at all on the back. Service was great was talked through the correct operations of the trailer, provided wheel straps etc. This place even makes numberplates if you don't have one! Excellent place! Great staff, brilliant products, good prices. 👍

Absolutely brilliant... found them thru NTTA (National Trailer and Towing Association) and were by far the most competitive and submitted a quote without delay. Not only that, but booked me in quickly, did the job brilliantly in 3 hrs, were incredibly polite and showed me how it works, and I just can't recommend highly enough. Flawless job!

Disgraceful service. Was booked in for a tow bar to be fitted. Got to the garage, it wasnt even open. After 20 mins waiting someone finally opened to tell me that i wasn't having it fitted, due to no mechanic. I dragged my 2 children out in the cold and rain. A phone call would of been beneficial. Then the boss turns up, didnt acknowledge me at all and went. No apology from anyone. No help to try get me in elsewhere. Luckily the garage down the road. Laceby motors was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. Wouldnt recommend this garage at all. Bad attitude, bad customer relations
